I am really confused about this whole detox at home thing. Like, I’ve heard it can help with all kinds of stuff, but I don’t know if it’s actually legit or just a fad. Last month, I felt super bloated, and my skin was breaking out like crazy. I didn’t feel sick or anything, just ughh, kinda sluggish? My friend suggested trying a detox at home, and I thought, why not? I drink a lot of water, eat veggies, and thought that might be a start. But then, I started reading about these detox diets: juices, teas, and even, like, restricting food for days. I tried a lemon detox at home for a few days and honestly, it made me feel worse. My stomach was all funky, and I didn’t have energy to do my usual workout. I’m wondering, is there an effective way to do detox at home or is it all just a scam? I guess what I really want to know is are there any specific detox at home tips that don’t make you feel sick? Like, are there foods you recommend? I feel kinda lost and unsure if it’s even worth it, ya know?
