I am really curious about what is moringa powder. My friend keeps telling me about its benefits and how it can boost energy, and I just don’t get it! A few weeks ago I started feeling super tired, like all the time. I tried changing my diet, drinking more water, but I still felt sluggish. Then that's when she mentioned moringa powder — like it's this miracle thing. 😅 I've done a little research, but I mean, what is moringa powder really? Is it just a health fad? I also read it has vitamins and stuff, is it safe to take if I’m on other meds? Then there’s also this part that said it might help with inflammation or digestion issues. I dunno, my stomach’s been a bit off too. I even thought about sprinkling some in my smoothies, but then I wondered, what does it taste like? Like, is it gross?
