How to control sudden increase of blood pressure - #10228

I am hypertension patient for many years. Recently I notice that my bp increases suddenly in some days especially in the evening when bp crossed 130/80 vertigo starts simultaneously some time pulse ratealso increases suddenly together with bp.Is there any treatment for this problem. I take medicine losartan 50mg at 5 pm daily and nifedepine 10 mg on s.o.s basis
