I am 21 male I was Under extreme stress and guilt i was too fine 2 months back (alcohol consumption for 3 years sometimes heavy sometimes moderate ) Now experiencing - oversleeping like 12 13 hours - weird dreams - forgetfulness - brainfog - loss of appetite - no interest in any activities - sometime blur vision - shakiness in neck and head sometimes - weird head pressure - cant able to focus on things i used to do and enjoy My liver kidney cbc thyroid reports came back normal

Since your other basic blood tests are normal Please do nutritional check: Vitamin B12 Folate Vitamin D Magnesium

Stop alcohol completely (even small amounts worsen brain chemistry now). Set a fixed sleep-wake cycle (8 hrs max, same wake-up time daily). Start light physical activity (walking, yoga, stretching) daily. If you like to dance , do it. EXERCISE WILL REALLY HELP YOU.

With the right nutrition, lifestyle correction, and mental health support, most people your age recover fully within weeks to months.

Also talking to a therapist will help — they may suggest short-term medication or therapy to reset sleep, mood, and focus.
