I am a general physician with more than 10 yr of clinical experiance, and in this time I worked with patients from all age groups, from young kids to elderly with multiple chronic issues. My practice has been wide, but I gradually developed deeper intrest in diabetology. I spend much of my day focusing on prevention, early diagnosis and management of diabetes, using lifestyle modification, medical therapy and regular monitoring. Many patients come worried about complications, and I try to explain things in simple language, whether it is diet, excercise, or understanding lab reports, so they dont feel lost. I also conduct detailed diagnostic evaluation and use evidence based protocols to make sure treatment is reliable and updated, even if sometimes I double check myself when results dont match the clinical picture. Apart from regular OPD practice, I gained strong experiance in occupational health. Over years I worked with multiple companies handling pre employment checks, annual medical exams, workplace wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with industrial health and safety standards. It is diffrent from hospital practice, but equally important, because healthy workers mean safe and productive workplace. I run medical surveillance programs and health awareness sessions in collaboration with corporates, and this also gave me exposure to preventive strategies on a large scale. For me, patient care is not just treatment but building trust. My career revolve around preventive medicine, ethical clinical practice, and continuous learning. I keep myself updated with modern medical protocols, but I also value listening to patient worries, since medicine is not only about lab values but also about how a person feels in daily life. I make mistakes in words sometimes, but in my work I try to be very precise. At end of day, my aim is to provide care that is accessible, evidence based and truly centered on patient well being.

1. Premature ejaculation is common and often linked to stress anxiety or increased sensitivity of nerves.

2. Since you also have hypertension and are on medication it is important to rule out drug related effects or associated health issues.

3. Simple techniques like the start stop method using thicker condoms and pelvic floor exercises can improve your control.

4. Certain safe oral medicines and local numbing gels are available but these should be chosen carefully as you are on BP medicines.

5. Lifestyle changes like avoiding alcohol smoking improving sleep and managing stress are equally important.

6. Please consult a sexologist or urologist for a personalized treatment plan that is safe with your hypertension medicines.

Premature ejaculation can be a frustrating issue, but there are several approaches you can consider to improve your situation. First, it’s important to understand that premature ejaculation can have both psychological and physiological components. Given that you’re on hypertension medication, let’s consider interactions: some medications for blood pressure can sometimes affect sexual performance. You might want to discuss with your doctor whether your current medications might be contributing and if adjustments should be made.

Regarding strategies to help manage premature ejaculation, you could explore behavioral techniques, such as the “stop-start” method or the “squeeze” technique, which aim to build control over ejaculation timing. These involve practice and can be more effective with the help of a partner. Pelvic floor exercises, known as Kegel exercises, can also strengthen the muscles involved in ejaculation control, and it may be worth integrating those into your daily routine.

Outside behavioral strategies, there are topical creams or sprays containing numbing agents that reduce sensation and can help in prolonging intercourse duration. It’s essential, though, to follow the usage instructions and consider if they are compatible with any medications or conditions you have. Additionally, certain antidepressants are known to delay ejaculation as a side effect; however, this should be discussed thoroughly with a healthcare professional to weigh benefits and risks.

Psychological factors, such as stress or anxiety, can play a vital role too. Should this be a factor, strategies to manage stress through relaxation techniques like mindfulness, yoga, or counseling should be considered. If premature ejaculation is distressing or significantly impacting your quality of life, a consultation with a urologist or a specialist in sexual medicine might provide additional insight or alternative treatments. Remember that open communication with your healthcare provider is crucial in identifying suitable treatment options, especially considering your hypertension.
