I am really struggling with this loose motion thing. It started a few days ago after I ate at this new restaurant. Thought it was just a one-off but nope, here I am, feeling all bloated and running to the restroom way too often. I mean, it's embarrassing ya know? I started googling how to stop loose motion naturally because I really don't want to rely on medications or anything. First, I tried some plain rice and bananas, which I read might help, but they haven't really made a difference. I've also been drinking lots of water to stay hydrated because, well, you gotta, but honestly, I just feel like I'm stuck in this cycle. Got some gut cramps here and there and it’s not exactly fun.
