I am really worried guys. For the past few months, I’ve felt super tired all the time, like no matter how much I sleep, I just can’t shake off this fatigue. I thought maybe it was just stress from work or something, but then I visited my doc after noticing some weird abdominal pain. They checked my liver function and all that and found out I have fatty liver. I’ve heard about this condition but didn’t think it could be serious. Now I'm wondering, can fatty liver cause tiredness?
