I am really worried about my health lately. A few weeks ago, I started experiencing these annoying bloating feelings and just overall tiredness, y'know? I did some online reading and came across a bunch of stuff about how to cleanse liver with food. I know the liver is super important and there are a ton of foods that are supposed to help, but like, what’s the best way to actually do this? I’ve been drinking more green smoothies and trying to eat more fruits and veggies, but honestly, I feel lost. How to cleanse liver with food? Should I avoid certain things entirely? Also, I’ve heard a lot about stuff like turmeric and garlic being really great for liver health, but how much should I be using? I tried adding more olive oil too, but I noticed this weird aftertaste sometimes, and I’m not sure if it really helps. And what about hydration? I’ve read drinking water helps too... but how much water should I even be drinking? I’d love to hear from you guys about your experience or tips on how to cleanse liver with food because I'm just feeling overwhelmed with all this info out there.
