I am really struggling with this annoying gastric problem that's been haunting me for weeks now. It started out of nowhere, like I was fine one day and then BAM! Constant bloating, gas, and this weird pain in my stomach that just won't go away. Ugh! I went to the doc, and they just suggested some standard meds, but I'm not too keen on that. I heard that there are natural remedies for gastric problem issues like these, but honestly, I don’t know where to start. I’ve tried consuming more ginger and peppermint tea, thinking it'd calm things down, but no luck. And I read somewhere about probiotics being good but I keep forgetting to take them!
