I am really worried about my liver health, and I can’t stop thinking about it. A few months ago, I started feeling super fatigued, like I couldn't even get outta bed, and my skin has this odd yellowish tint, kinda freaky if you ask me. I went to the doctor, they did some blood tests and said my liver enzymes were high, and I think they mentioned something about the potential for fatty liver disease. Since then, I started looking into all these things, and I keep coming across home remedies for liver problems. Like, there's things online saying turmeric is good, or dandelion root, but I dunno if that’s actually effective or just hype? I feel a bit lost with all this info and really hope to find something that can help without causing more issues. Any suggestions from you guys would be amazing!
