I am really concerned about my skin lately. I've noticed some strange changes, especially on my arms and face. Like, it started a couple of months ago, and I thought maybe it was just the summer sun, but now I’m not so sure. At first, I thought it was just a tan or something but now it’s like this uneven darkening is happening and it’s super noticeable. I asked my friends if they noticed it and they said, "yeah, it’s kinda dark." I’m wondering if there are actual reasons for skin darkening that I should be aware of. I’ve never had this issue before, and I'm freaking out a bit. Sometimes, I feel like it might be hormonal or something because I’ve been under a lot of stress at work. I also read that certain products could cause this, but I’ve been using the same skincare routine for ages. Could it be my diet? I mean, I don’t eat super healthy all the time. Could that be a reason for skin darkening too? I really need insight on these reasons for skin darkening because it’s making me self-conscious, and I want to figure out if there’s something I should be doing differently.
