I am really struggling with my skin lately, and it’s driving me nuts! For like the past few months, I've been getting these awful breakouts and no matter what I do or try, I can't figure out how to lose pimples. I changed my skincare routine, and started using gentle cleansers and moisturizers, but they just don’t seem to help. I even cut back on dairy thinking that might be the reason (like, who knew chocolates could be so bad?!). I’m also drinking tons of water, but still, my face is like a battlefield. I'm worried it’s affecting my confidence, especially with a big event coming up. I did some research on what could work – like using tea tree oil or even adopting a low glycemic diet, but I get lost with the options. I heard about some people having success with certain medications or even seeing a dermatologist for help, which to be honest, I kinda dread the idea. Does anyone have tips on how to lose pimples that actually work from personal experience? I'm open to anything at this point, but a little guidance would help a bunch!
