I am really confused about this whole thing with balanced diets! For the past several months, I've been trying to eat more healthfully because my energy levels have been super low, and honestly, I just feel kind of sluggish. I started looking into the advantage of balanced diet after reading some articles online. You know, they talk about how nutritious food could really boost your mood and energy, but I wasn't sure if it could actually make a difference for me. Some days, I feel like I'm doing great if I eat a piece of fruit with my breakfast, but then I grab chips for lunch and it’s like, what’s the advantage of balanced diet even then? I got these blood test results back last week, and my doctor mentioned I could use more vitamins. They didn’t dive too deep into how a balanced diet could fix that, though! I mean, is it really that simple to just focus on eating a variety of foods? Looking back, I think I’ve been unaware of the true advantage of balanced diet because I used to just eat whatever I felt like. Am I wasting my time focusing on this? Can someone explain why this whole balanced diet thing is needed for energy and health? I’m just really hoping there’s a clear connection here, I’d love some advice before I really commit.
