I am really confused about this whole home remedy for anti aging thing. Like, I turned 40 last year, and I've been noticing wrinkles on my forehead that just won’t go away! I mean, I try to keep my skin hydrated and use sunscreen every day, but I feel like I'm losing this battle against aging. I heard my friend talking about a home remedy for anti aging using avocados and honey or something, but does that even work? I’ve also tried coconut oil as a moisturizer, but I can’t tell if it’s doing anything positive. Then there are all those DIY masks you see online—some say yogurt helps and others swear by bananas.
