I am struggling with really bad breakouts and just feel hopeless at this point. Like, I’ve tried so many products, and I can't find anything that works. My friend mentioned that maybe drinking more juiced could help clear my skin? She was saying there’s some “best juice to drink for pimples” that actually works wonders. I’ve started drinking carrot juice, but I'm not sure if that’s the best one. I also thought about trying some green juices, but I don’t know if there’s a specific combination that helps more than others. Sometimes I read that beet juice is good too – can I mix that with something else? I’ve had hormonal acne for years and I get frustrated because some days my skin looks decent and then out of nowhere, a cluster of those nast pimples shows up! Need some insight on this “best juice to drink for pimples” thing. Anyone had success with certain juices or is it all just a myth? I’m willing to try anything at this point! Would love any tips, honestly I just want to feel confident in my skin again.
