water for clear skin - #16012

Kashvi

I am really struggling with my skin lately, and I can't figure out what to do. Like, my face has been breaking out, and the texture is just all off. I've read a lot about drinking more water for clear skin, but honestly, I'm really bad at keeping hydrated. Some days I barely even have a glass! My friends keep telling me that water for clear skin is essential, but it feels kinda overwhelming trying to sip water every few minutes. I mean, do you really have to drink a ton of water for clear skin, or are there other things to try? My brother said he saw an improvement after chugging water, but I don't know if I could actually stick to a routine. Also, how much is, like, enough? I tried carrying around a water bottle, but it just gets annoying after a while, and I forget about it. Is there any truth in the idea that just drinking water for clear skin makes a huge difference, or is it more complicated than that? Do I need to change my diet too? Ugh, I'm just so confused and stressed about this! Any thoughts?
