I am struggling with some health stuff lately and really need some insight on how to remove toxins from liver. I've been feeling super fatigued, have random stomach aches, and sometimes my skin looks a bit yellowish, which freaks me out. I saw my doc last week, and she mentioned it could be a sign of liver issues. I thought my diet was pretty decent until I really started looking at what I'm eatin'. Lots of take-out, high-fat stuff, and maybe a few too many drinks on the weekends.
