I am really confused about this whole aloe vera face mask for glowing skin thing. So I’ve tried lots of products, and honestly, most just leave my skin feeling blah. A friend told me about using aloe vera gel as a face mask for glowing skin, claiming she’s had amazing results. I followed her advice and started using fresh aloe from a plant growing in my kitchen. The first time I applied it, my skin felt super cool and refreshing—but not sure if that means anything?? I did it a couple of times a week, but I kinda feel like I’m not seeing any glow, maybe like a slight improvement? But is that enough? I read online that aloe vera has a ton of benefits, like hydrating and soothing which is great—my skin can be sensitive and I really want that dewy look. But like, is an aloe vera face mask for glowing skin meant for every skin type? Also, should I mix it with other stuff? Some say to add honey or lemon, others say keep it pure. What should I do?? I just want to know if I’m wasting my time or if I need to give it more time to kick in! Would love some advice 'cuz, yeah, I'm really wanting that glow!
