I am trying to graple with some health stuff and could use some good liver health tips. A few months ago, I started noticing that I'd get these weird pains on my right side, like, right below my rib cage. It felt kinda dull but at times sharp, and honestly, I was freaked out! Then my skin started getting kinda itchy, and my eyes felt a bit yellowish, which totally sent me down a rabbit hole of worrying.
