I am really struggling with dark spots on my skin and I need some advice on home remedies for pigmentation. I noticed them a few months ago after spending way too much time in the sun during the summer. At first, I thought they would just go away, you know, like a tan fading, but it’s been like forever and they’re still here! I’ve tried some over-the-counter creams but they don’t seem to work at all. A friend mentioned some home remedies for pigmentation that she swears by, like using lemon juice and honey or maybe aloe, but I’m kinda skeptical. I mean, do these home remedies for pigmentation actually help, or is it just wishful thinking? I read that turmeric can also help lighten spots, but is that safe? Like, how often should I use these?
