loose motions food to eat - #17891

Aadhya

I am having a rough time with these loose motions and can't seem to figure out what to eat. It started a couple of days ago after I tried this new street food that everyone was raving about. I seriously thought it was amazing, but then boom! The next morning was just chaos in my stomach. I’ve been to the loo like 10 times today and I'm feelin’ drained. A friend of mine suggested some home remedies but honestly, I really don’t know what would be safe to eat while I'm dealing with these loose motions. I tried toast and bananas, but still feeling iffy. I read somewhere that rice might help too, but does white rice really do anything for loose motions? It’s confusing because I’ve heard mixed things about dairy products, like yogurt could be good but I’m kinda scared to try it with everything going on. What are some foods that I can eat that won't make the situation worse? Are there specific things to avoid or anything that really helps when having loose motions? Seriously, I just want to feel normal again! Could really use some advice here, thanks!!
