I am really at my wits end here. For the past couple of months, my skin has lost all its glow, and I can't figure out why! It’s been looking dull and lifeless no matter what I do. I’ve tried multiple skincare products, even those with fancy ingredients, but still, I wonder what should we do for glowing skin? Like, I tried this brightening cream and even a serum, but nothing seems to be working! I drink plenty of water and eat fruits and vegees, but yeah, my skin doesn't seem to appreciate it. I read somewhere that sleeping plays a big role too, and while I try to get my 8 hours in, I do sometimes toss and turn a lot. On top of that, my stress levels are kinda high with work, and I keep thinking... could that be affecting my skin too? I wonder if there’s something else I should consider. I even thought about what should we do for glowing skin at a deeper level, like should I consult a dermatologist or maybe consider a facial? If anyone has tips or knows what should we do for glowing skin without breaking the bank, that would be amazing. I’m just tired of looking tired, ya know?
