I am feeling really stressed out this past week cause I've been dealing with loose motion. It all started after I tried this new street food that I thought looked safe. Ever since then, I’ve been rushing to the bathroom like every hour. Not fun at all. I've tried drinking water and ginger tea, but they don't seem to help much. I even bought some over-the-counter meds, but nothing seems to work. I read online about different quick remedies for loose motion but honestly, I’m just overwhelmed and confused.
