is papaya good for bp patients - #19972
I am really concerned about my dad’s health. He’s been dealing with high blood pressure for a few years now, and we’ve been trying to find ways to help him manage it naturally. He loves fruits, and I heard some friends talk about how is papaya good for bp patients? They say it's packed with nutrients and might help lower blood pressure, but I’m not totally sure how true that is. A couple of weeks ago, we read that any kind of fruit can be beneficial, but like, is papaya really special or something? Also, he eats papaya almost every morning, but sometimes he complains about it being hard to digest. I seriously wonder if that’s a sign that it’s not good for him after all. I mean, he balances it out with a bunch of other healthy stuff, but is papaya good for bp patients or should we look for other fruits to help? I’m kinda curious about different ways it might affect blood pressure, too. Anyone know? Would love to hear your thoughts, thanks!
