I am super frustrated with this gastritis thing! For the past couple of months, I’ve been having these awful stomach pains, bloating, and even reflux. Went to the doc, and they said it’s gastritis. They recommended some medication, but honestly, I can’t shake this feeling of wanting to try home remedies for gastritis instead. I mean, I’ve read that things like ginger tea and probiotics could help, and I’m just wondering if anyone in here has had success using home remedies for gastritis? The medication doesn’t seem to be doing much, and I’m also trying to avoid common irritants in my diet, like spicy foods and caffeine, but it’s tough! Just last week, I tried drinking some aloe vera juice thinking it’s a soothing home remedy for gastritis, but I’m not sure if it worked or if I imagined it. I’m also curious about apple cider vinegar – I’ve seen mixed opinions. Has anyone really found a reliable home remedy for gastritis that helped them? Like, what worked for you? I don’t want to struggle with this forever, it’s such a bummer trying to eat and constantly worrying about my stomach issues. Would love to hear your experiences!
