I am really worried about my health lately. I went to the doctor for a routine checkup and, you know, they found out I have fatty liver! When the doctor said that, I was kinda in shock because I don't drink alcohol and always thought I was doing okay. But now I'm thinking about how to reduce fatty liver, cause I really don’t want this to turn into something worse.
