Hello narendra ji From your symptoms it possible that u are suffering from neurological issues may be due to mini stroke or blocking of artery due to mass I would suggest to consult neurologist as soon as possible as you have tendency to get irreversible neurological issues if not treated immediately Investigation suggested Mri head and neck Cbc with lipid profile Visit neurologist

At age 30, sudden issues like right hand and leg weakness and unclear speech lasting for 9 months are serious and may suggest a neurological condition such as a stroke, brain lesion, or nerve disorder. You must consult a neurologist urgently and undergo tests like MRI brain, nerve conduction studies, and blood work to identify the cause. Early diagnosis and treatment can help prevent worsening and possibly improve your function.

You’re describing symptoms that could potentially indicate a neurological issue, especially since you’re experiencing issues with both your right hand and leg, as well as changes in your voice. These kinds of symptoms warrant a thorough examination because they can sometimes be related to conditions involving the brain or nervous system, like a stroke or multiple sclerosis, among others. It’s important to visit a healthcare professional for an evaluation. They would likely conduct a physical exam and may recommend imaging studies such as an MRI or CT scan to get a clearer picture of what’s happening internally. Additionally, blood tests might be ordered to rule out or identify other contributing factors like infections, autoimmune disorders, or metabolic conditions. It’s crucial to seek medical attention promptly, especially since the symptoms have persisted for so long. In the meantime, take note of any other symptoms or changes you experience, such as headaches, vision changes, or balance issues, as these could be relevant to your healthcare provider. Avoid self-diagnosis or attempting self-treatment as it can potentially delay necessary care or cause harm. The key is getting the right diagnosis as soon as possible to start appropriate treatment and manage symptoms effectively.
