Experience: | 4 years |
Education: | Dr. Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College Solapur |
Academic degree: | MS (Master Of Surgrey) |
Area of specialization: | I am an accredited Consultant ENT and also a certified vestibular specialist, which means my work goes beyond the usual ear nose and throat care into balance disorders and vertigo that many patients struggle with but dont often know where to go. My practice covers a broad range of ENT procedures, from simple things like sebaceous cyst excision or treating a stubborn nosebleed (epistaxis) to more advanced surgeries like tonsillectomy and tympanoplasty. Some days are straightforward, others more challnging, and I try to approach each case with a mix of precision and practicality.
Over the years I learned that ENT is never just about one organ, it’s connected to daily life—hearing, breathing, swallowing—all things that affect how people live day to day. That’s why whether I’m handling a cyst, planning a middle ear repair, or guiding a patient through chronic sinus or throat problems, I keep focus on clear communication and long-term outcome rather than just short fix. I do belive small procedures done carefully can change quality of life in big ways.
Being trained and certified helps me stay grounded in standard practice, but also gives me confidence to adapt depending on patient needs. I also spend time on counseling, especially in vestibular disorders, since those patients often feel misunderstood. My goal is always to combine technical skill with compassion, making sure treatment feels personal not mechanical. |
Achievements: | I am proud that my work in ENT research n clinical practice got recognised with awards at different platforms. In 2018 I recieved the Best Mentcon Poster Award at the Maharashtra State E.N.T Conference (Mentcon, Nashik). Later in 2019, at the XI Annual Conference of Medical Research Society, Solapur, my poster won Best Poster Prize. These moments pushed me to keep learning and contributing, even if the journey had many challnges n late nights. |
I am an ENT specialist with over 6 years of clincial practice and in this time I have tried to balance hospital work with building my own setup. Currently I work as Consultant at Meridian Hospital Kolathur and also as visiting consultant at VIHAA Hospital Anna Nagar. Along with this I started SCOPE ENT CLINIC in Villivakkam, which is my own space to treat patients with more time n focus. Running a clinic teaches you different kind of responsibility, not only treatment but also trust, making sure patient feels heard and safe. My practice covers a wide range of ENT issues, from common ear infections, sinus problems, throat disorders to more complex surgical cases. I try to focus on giving indiviualised treatment plans, because each patient story is differnt even if the diagnosis sounds similar. Working in multiple hospitals also let me collabrate with other specialities which is important when dealing with complicated ENT cases linked to allergy, pediatrics or even neuro. Founding my own clinic was both challenging and rewarding. Some days are hard, managing staff, handling emergencies, ensuring things run smooth.. but it gave me chance to create an environment where patients get continuity of care. For me ENT is not just about procedures but also education, I try to explain conditions in simple words, guide on prevention and lifestyle changes that can reduce recurrnce. Over these years, what matters most to me is not just how many cases I handled but the connections built with patients and their families. I want to keep growing, keep learning new techniques and stay updated with advances in ENT, but at the same time keep the human touch alive in practice.
