Dr. Neeraj Agarwal
I’m an MBBS graduate with a deep commitment to providing meaningful, patient-first care. My clinical training has given me a solid understanding of how to assess and manage a wide variety of health conditions—both common and complex. But beyond just clinical skills, I’ve always believed that the heart of medicine lies in listening. That’s what I try to bring into every consultation: not just treatment, but genuine attention to the person in front of me. I have gained experience across general medicine, paediatrics, emergency care and preventive health. I have treated patients of different age groups and backgrounds, which has helped shaped a more flexible, to diagnosis and management. Whether someone comes with a new symptom or a routine check-up, I aim to deliver evidence-based treatment, explained clearly and tailored to the lifestyle. I’m especially focused on making care accessible and comfortable. Too often, patients feel rushed or confused when they leave a doctor’s office—I try to do the opposite. Taking time to explain options, risks, or even just what’s going on in simple terms is something I take seriously. Communication, I think, is just as important as any prescription. I actively stay updated with current medical guidelines and research, and I’ve been exploring areas of holistic care and preventive medicine too. The more we can do to catch problems early—or better yet, avoid them—the better the outcome for everyone. I’ve seen how small lifestyle changes, when supported properly, can make a big difference to long-term health. There’s still a lot to learn, of course. I think every good doctor keeps learning. But every patient I see teaches me something new, and I carry those lessons forward—with honesty, empathy, and the intent to keep improving.

For hair fall and oily skin issues, here’s a structured approach you can consider. Hair fall could be due to several factors, including hormonal changes, stress, nutrient deficiencies, or underlying medical conditions. Start by considering your diet — ensure it’s balanced with sufficient protein, vitamins, and minerals like iron, zinc, and biotin. Foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids might be beneficial. Consider blood tests to check for deficiencies, especially if dietary changes don’t help. In some cases, thyroid issues or hormonal imbalances could be at play, so have these evaluated if necessary. If you suspect a non-nutritional issue, consult a dermatologist or trichologist who might recommend treatments like topical minoxidil, which can encourage hair growth. Cosmetic procedures such as PRP therapy are also options but discuss with a specialist to see if they’re right for you. Skincare is a bit of science and art, though you are following a good routine, assessing your products is important. For oily skin prone to acne, you might need formulations with salicylic acid or niacinamide which can help reduce oiliness and prevent pimples. Ensure your sunscreen is non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores). Drinking plenty of water and moderating junk food can be supportive but may not solely resolve the problem. If acne persists, a retinoid cream or a prescription treatment from a dermatologist could be worth trying. Ensure that any topical treatments for acne don’t overly dry your skin, which might increase oil production as a rebound effect. Lastly, regular sleep, stress management, and factors like cosmetics or hair care products could contribute to or help minimize these concerns. Seek professional advice if symptoms persist or worsen, ensuring the strategies align with any underlying health concerns.
