Extreme hairfall and open pores ,black heads on face and also facial hairs - #10719

I am experiencing extreme hairfall even if i touch my hair few strands are in my hand during combing oiling and headwash they fall very much. And also on my face i have lot of open pores blackheads and facial hairs. I have been tested for pcos and pcod tehy are negative and also i dont have any hormonal issue testosterone level was a bit higher but doc said its normal and i am taking proper diet and sleep. I dont knowwhy all this is happening to me
