Hello sir Please be aware See both these medications are associated with blood pressure control as well as blood thinning However Ecosprin causes frequent peptic ulcers as compared to bisprolol So as per my clinical experience, bisprolol is comparatively better for use However,in case of allergy please consult general physician Regards
How will someone know for which problem you have been prescribed these medicines. And these both medicines are not same for your kind information . Ecosprin is anti platelet medicine where as bisoprolol is beta blocker.
Take medicine from registered physician only . Thank you.
Both Ecosprin 75 (which is aspirin) and bisoprolol 2.5 mg serve different medical purposes. Ecosprin is often prescribed as a blood thinner to prevent blood clots, while bisoprolol is a beta-blocker usually used for managing high blood pressure, heart rhythm disorders, or heart failure. Given your history of a stomach ulcer, Ecosprin may pose a risk as it can aggravate or contribute to gastric issues and increase the risk of bleeding. On the other hand, bisoprolol might be a better option given your symptoms of palpitations, especially if these are due to stress or anxiety impacting your heart rate or rhythm. However, bisoprolol can sometimes cause side effects like fatigue or cold extremities, and needs to be used with caution if you have issues like asthma or severe peripheral vascular disease. The feeling of bloating after eating might not be directly addressed by either medication and may require dietary adjustments or additional treatments. It is important to assess what condition each medication is targeting in your case. Identifying the root cause of your palpitations with your doctor can help, as sometimes these may relate to diet or stress. Please discuss with your healthcare provider the possibility of tailoring your treatment plan to address both your cardiovascular risks and your history of gastric issues. They might consider alternative options like a proton-pump inhibitor alongside aspirin if antiplatelet therapy is essential. Always consult with your physician before making any changes to ensure personalized and safe management aligned with your health history and overall risk factors.
