How can I overcome Erectile dysfunction

Due to masturbation i am unable to get erection because I did masturbation continuesly for about two years now I have been stopped for 3years but still no sexualfeelings I have yet .how can I overcome this problem

Hello dear Please be advised See as per clinical history it seems due to stress you are continuously doing masturbation. Also it seems there may not be requirement of any medications I suggest you to please be stress free and follow below schedule for relief Do kegel exercises Do meditation Avoid alcohol or smoking if taking Take triphala or shilajeet once a day for 1 month Engage in social activities Indulge in hobbies Avoid any medications for anxiety In case of no improvement consult gynacolologist or sexologist in person for needful Regards
