search for proper brushing technique in internet and follow that strictly… also you can use Snowdent tooth paste which is teeth whitening toothpaste 2 times a day … just remember to wait for 5 minutes after applying the toothpaste on your teeth and then brush properly after 5 minutes

Keeping your teeth white after a professional cleaning can sometimes be a challenge. Yellowing teeth can result from a variety of factors, even if you’re maintaining good oral hygiene by brushing twice daily. Let’s address some steps you can take to tackle this issue.

Firstly, it’s worth looking at your diet. Certain foods and drinks such as coffee, tea, red wine, soda, and berries are known to stain teeth. Try to limit their consumption or rinse your mouth with water afterwards to reduce staining. Smoking is another common cause of yellow teeth, so if you smoke, consider seeking resources to help you quit.

A whitening toothpaste could also help, although it might take several weeks to see visible changes. Remember to ensure that it’s not too abrasive, as this might damage your enamel over time. At-home whitening strips or gels available at pharmacies might be a useful option for more noticeable stains, but use them according to the instructions to avoid teeth sensitivity.

Another option, if these don’t work, is to consult your dentist for professional whitening treatments. Dentists have access to stronger bleaching agents that can give more significant results. They can also offer advice on treatments tailored to your specific needs and check if there’s an underlying issue contributing to the discoloration, such as enamel erosion or any prior dental treatments that could be affecting the color.

Always maintain regular dental check-ups, ideally every six months, to keep up with your oral hygiene. These appointments are opportunities to discuss any concerns or get professional advice specific to your situation. If your teeth continue yellowing despite efforts, this could indicate a need for a more in-depth examination for underlying causes affecting tooth color.
