I have pcos ,irregular periods, facial hair loss and low energy i have consult gynecologist 3months i took my supplements then my doctor said to stop the supplements then I focus on my diet exercise yoga and sleeping schedule for 1st month got my periods on time in July but in August I'm very disappointed 😞
