Hello Asif. If you always had these conditions, it most probably be due to some other medical reasons like hormonal imbalances. But if they developed recently, then it’s more likely to be due to psychological causes especially anxiety. Performance anxiety can develop from such bad sexual experiences which eventually can lead to decreased libido and desire. Kindly consult psychiatrist or sexologist for detailed evaluation and treatment. Alternatively, for premature ejaculation, you can use local anesthetic ointment to glans penis 20 minutes before sex and to be washed off 5 minutes before, in case of hypersensitive glans. There are 2 other techniques that can help in managing premature ejaculation - start-stop technique or squeeze technique (You can find videos on how to do in YouTube). Don’t start any medication or herbal supplements by yourself without consulting a specialist. Those may do more harm than good. Let me know if you need anymore help. Regards.
Premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, and low libido for several years may be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, or underlying medical issues. Treatment usually involves blood tests, lifestyle changes, counseling, and medicines if needed. Please consult a urologist or andrologist for proper evaluation and treatment.

Your problems (PE, ED, low libido) are all connected and likely due to psychological + lifestyle + possible hormonal imbalance. With proper tests, lifestyle correction, stress management, and if needed, medication under doctor supervision, your sexual health can be fully restored.
Managing premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction, along with low libido, involves a multi-faceted approach that looks at physical, psychological, and lifestyle factors. Let’s cover each aspect. Firstly, it’s important to identify underlying causes, which can be complex and varied: stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues are common psychological contributors. Physically, hormonal imbalances, such as low testosterone, might be playing a role in low libido and erectile issues. Chronic health conditions like diabetes or hypertension, as well as lifestyle factors such as obesity, smoking, or alcohol use, can also contribute to these problems. A comprehensive check-up with a healthcare provider would be essential to evaluate these factors, so you should schedule an appointment to get blood tests for hormone levels and evaluate any chronic conditions. Medications like selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) can sometimes help with premature ejaculation, while phosphodiesterase inhibitors (like sildenafil for erectile dysfunction) could be advised, depending on your specific health condition. Consulting with a urologist or a sexual health specialist could give more targeted insights. On the lifestyle front, regular exercise, a healthy diet, and stress reduction through relaxation techniques or therapy can be beneficial. Managing mental health is also key, as anxiety reduction can improve both erectile function and premature ejaculation. For some individuals, sex therapy may help address psychological components and improve communication between partners. While selecting a course of treatment, consider any medication interactions if you’re already taking other drugs. If symptoms worsen or become more distressing, or if they’re linked to other unexplained health issues, seek medical care promptly. Regular follow-up appointments can help monitor progress and tailor your treatment plan effectively.
