Hello dear See i think in your case acne are due to hormonal alterations only. Iam suggesting some medications for improvement. Kindly follow them for 1-2 months . Topical Treatments -Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5–5%) Kills bacteria and is anti-inflammatory in action. Salicylic Acid, Adapalene 0.1% can also be given as additive medications. 2.Clindamycin 1% Clindac A or Tretinoin ( if already not taken). 3.Azelaic Acid 10 percent for two weeks. 4. Oral Medications -tablet Doxycycline 1 month twice a day for 5 days Niacinamide serum –antiinflammatory in nature In addition use aloevera - tulsi solution to apply topically for 1 month Below procedure are the last resort Laser treatment Photodyanamic therapy Electrocautery

In case of no improvement in 2 month, kindly consult dermatologist in person for better clarification . Please get the invasive procedures from the concerned doctor only as there can be chances of complications with the concerned procedure Hopefully you recover soon Regards

Regards

hormonal acne, hyperpigmentation, uneven skin tone not improving on benzoyl peroxide alone. Needs retinoid-based night treatment, azelaic acid for pigmentation, sunscreen use, and possible short-course oral antibiotics. If hormonal imbalance suspected, test & treat accordingly. Regular dermatologist follow-up essential.

Persistent hormonal acne with dark spots, hyperpigmentation, and uneven skin tone usually requires a combination of topical treatments, oral medications, and lifestyle management. Since your current regimen (face wash + benzoyl peroxide) isn’t effective, a dermatologist can prescribe options like topical retinoids, chemical peels, oral hormonal therapy (like spironolactone or combined OCPs), and professional spot treatments for pigmentation. Along with treatment, continue gentle cleansing, sunscreen, and avoiding harsh scrubs to prevent further darkening and irritation.

Hello dear

I understand your concern about skin , I can really help you out You should take Capsule Doxycycline 200mg 1-0-0 for 7 days Tablet rabeprazole 1-0-0 for 7 days before meal Apply melean cream at night daily for 2 weeks I would suggest some good salicylic acid face was to be used

Avoid hot water dipping and all such household ideas, instead do ice massage over face daily for 2 weeks in morning , it reduces inflammation and pigmentation too Drink lots of fluids

Feel free to ask after 2 week Thank you

Hormonal acne can be quite challenging to manage and often requires a multifaceted approach because it’s driven by internal factors like hormonal fluctuations. It’s crucial to understand that while topical treatments like benzoyl peroxide (Benzac AC) and gentle face washes (like Fash OS gel) are parts of the equation, they may not be sufficient on their own, especially when hormonal factors are dominating. Consider consulting a dermatologist for oral medications such as oral contraceptives or anti-androgens like spironolactone, which can help regulate the hormonal imbalances contributing to acne. For topical treatments, you might add a retinoid at night, which can address multiple issues like acne, acne marks, and pigmentation. Retinoids promote cell turnover, helping to fade dark spots and improve skin texture, but they can also be irritating, so start with a low concentration and increase gradually.

Also, while using these treatments, make sure you’re applying a good, broad-spectrum sunscreen daily, as UV exposure can worsen hyperpigmentation and hamper the healing of acne scars. If hyperpigmentation remains an issue despite using all these measures, products containing ingredients like niacinamide or azelaic acid might help lighten them gradually. Lifestyle factors like diet also play a role. Reducing high glycemic index foods and dairy might improve acne for some people. Remember, when trying new treatments, give them time- at least 8-12 weeks- to see their full effects. If these adjustments do not yield the desired improvements, it would be wise to pursue further evaluation, maybe seeing a healthcare provider for tailored treatments such as chemical peels or laser therapy, which can offer more significant results for scars and pigmentation. It might be a trial-and-error process, which can be frustrating, but determining the right combination can substantially improve your skin health.
