your symptoms indicate a significant urinary tract infection not responding to home remedies. Please get a urine test Will start medicine according to your report.
A burning sensation during and after urination for 1 week that is worsening despite taking medicine suggests a urinary tract infection (UTI) or possibly fungal/sexually transmitted infection. Since self-medication hasn’t helped, you need a urine routine & culture test to identify the infection and start the right antibiotics/antifungals. Please consult a Urologist or Gynecologist as soon as possible, and in the meantime drink plenty of water and avoid irritants like coffee or spicy food.
Hi Samreen,
Since it is not subsiding , You need a urine test (urine routine & culture) to know which bacteria is causing this and the right antibiotic.( Please upload it ) Or else consult a physician in person .
• A proper antibiotic course (5–7 days minimum, depending on report) is required.
Meanwhile, • Drink plenty of water (2.5–3 L/day).
• Avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, alcohol, and carbonated drinks.
• Maintain good hygiene: wipe front to back, wash gently after urination.

Persistent burning during and after urination that lasts over a week could indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI) or another underlying issue such as a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Given your symptoms haven’t improved with citralka syrup, commonly used to alkalize urine and reduce burning, it’s important to consider other causes and further evaluation. The use of fulak 150, presumably an antifungal medication, suggests there was a suspicion of a fungal etiology, but ongoing pain implies a potential bacterial infection or another problem. You should see a healthcare provider for proper evaluation. A urinalysis can identify a bacterial infection or other abnormalities; if a UTI is confirmed, antibiotics may be prescribed to treat the infection. Drink plenty of water as it can help flush out the urinary system, but avoid caffeine and alcohol as these can exacerbate irritation. Additionally, refrain from any potential irritants like douches or scented products in the genital area that could worsen symptoms. If you experience symptoms like fever, blood in urine, or severe abdominal or back pain, seek medical attention promptly, as these could indicate a more serious condition like a kidney infection. If an STI is a consideration, further testing and notification of partners may be necessary for treatment and prevention of transmission. Do not delay consulting a healthcare professional as persistent symptoms require thorough investigation and appropriate management to prevent complications.
