I am struggling with my diet choices lately and need some advice on the disadvantages of eating curd with sugar. A few weeks ago, I read somewhere that mixing sugar with curd might not be that great for your digestion, but I kinda love it, especially during hot days! I usually have it as a snack after lunch or sometimes dinner. My mom used to make it for me as a kid, and the taste brings back lots of good memories, haha. However, I've noticed that after having it, I sometimes feel bloated and uneasy. Like, is that normal? I even checked my weight, and it seems to be slowly creeping up, and I wonder if the sugar in the curd could be contributing to that. I mean, curd is usually seen as super healthy, right? Just not sure about the sugar part. I guess I'm just curious about whether the disadvantages of eating curd with sugar are really that significant or if I'm overthinking it. Can eating it too often affect things like gut health or weight gain? Trying to figure out how to balance it better without losing that yummy taste!
