I am really curious about something that's been on my mind lately. I’ve heard people say that using ice on face daily can be super beneficial, like it helps with puffiness, gives your skin a nice glow, and can even help with acne. A while ago, I tried it after reading all those articles online. Honestly, at first, it felt refreshing and I loved the cooling sensation! But then I started to wonder if using ice on face daily is actually safe? Like, would it irritate my skin or cause any long-term issues?? Some of my friends said they had bad experiences with it, like redness or dryness, but mine seemed fine—at least for the first few days. I just want to make sure I’m not damaging my skin in the long run. Orrrr maybe I should limit it to just a couple times a week instead? Urgh, making sense of all this info is sooo hard sometimes. What do you all think—can we use ice on face daily without any risks, or should I just stick to my old skincare routine? Any advice would really help!
