I am really confused about this whole curd with banana side effects thing. Last week, I was having a pretty regular day, y’know, just trying to eat healthier, and someone told me they mix curd with banana for breakfast. Sounded great, right? So I tried it but later that day, I felt super bloated and had this weird upset stomach. It was like my gut was partying a little too hard. A couple of my friends said they’ve had the same experience, but I didn’t think much of it since I never heard of curd with banana side effects before! 🤔 I googled it and found some articles, but they were kinda vague. Some people say it’s fine, others act like it’s the worst combo ever. 🤷‍♀️ I’ve been fine with eating both separately like, curd on my chili or banana as a snack, but mixing them? I’m skeptical now.
