soaked raisin water - #27528
I am really curious about soaked raisin water because my friend just swears by it for energy and digestion. She was telling me how her grandma used to drink it every morning before breakfast. I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish lately and thought maybe it could help. But, I have to admit I’m a little skeptical, like would soaked raisin water actually do anything? I tried it for a couple days, but didn't notice much change. I soaked a handful of raisins overnight in water, then drank the water in the morning. I thought I'd feel something, you know? More energy or something, but nah... Nothing major. I've read some stuff about how soaked raisin water is full of antioxidants or whatever, but do you all think it's actually worth it? Like, should I continue, or is this just fiction? Also, like, what’s the right way to make soaked raisin water? Does it matter if they’re golden or black raisins? I tend to forget things like soaking them long enough or even what time to drink it. Should I also be eating the raisins or is it just about the water? Would love some insights or better yet, success stories from anyone who’s really benefited from soaked raisin water! I hope I'm not just wasting my time here!
