Dr. Bharat Joshi
I’m a periodontist and academician with a strong clinical and teaching background. Over the last 4 years and 8 months, I’ve been actively involved in dental education, guiding students at multiple levels including dental hygienist, BDS, and MDS programs. Currently, I serve as a Reader at MMCDSR in Ambala, Haryana—a role that allows me to merge my academic passion with hands-on experience. Clinically, I’ve been practicing dentistry for the past 12 years. From routine procedures like scaling and root planing to more advanced cases involving grafts, biopsies, and implant surgeries. Honestly, I still find joy in doing a simple RCT when it’s needed. It’s not just about the procedure but making sure the patient feels comfortable and safe. Academically, I have 26 research publications to my credit. I’m on the editorial boards of the Archives of Dental Research and Journal of Dental Research and Oral Health, and I’ve spent a lot of time reviewing manuscripts—from case reports to meta-analyses and even book reviews. I was honored to receive the “Best Editor” award by Innovative Publications, and Athena Publications recognized me as an “excellent reviewer,” which honestly came as a bit of a surprise! In 2025, I had the opportunity to present a guest lecture in Italy on traumatic oral lesions. Sharing my work and learning from peers globally has been incredibly fulfilling. Outside academics and clinics, I’ve also worked in the pharmaceutical sector as a Drug Safety Associate for about 3 years, focusing on pharmacovigilance. That role really sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my understanding of drug interactions and adverse effects. My goal is to keep learning, and give every patient and student my absolute best.

I’m an MBBS graduate with a deep commitment to providing meaningful, patient-first care. My clinical training has given me a solid understanding of how to assess and manage a wide variety of health conditions—both common and complex. But beyond just clinical skills, I’ve always believed that the heart of medicine lies in listening. That’s what I try to bring into every consultation: not just treatment, but genuine attention to the person in front of me. I have gained experience across general medicine, paediatrics, emergency care and preventive health. I have treated patients of different age groups and backgrounds, which has helped shaped a more flexible, to diagnosis and management. Whether someone comes with a new symptom or a routine check-up, I aim to deliver evidence-based treatment, explained clearly and tailored to the lifestyle. I’m especially focused on making care accessible and comfortable. Too often, patients feel rushed or confused when they leave a doctor’s office—I try to do the opposite. Taking time to explain options, risks, or even just what’s going on in simple terms is something I take seriously. Communication, I think, is just as important as any prescription. I actively stay updated with current medical guidelines and research, and I’ve been exploring areas of holistic care and preventive medicine too. The more we can do to catch problems early—or better yet, avoid them—the better the outcome for everyone. I’ve seen how small lifestyle changes, when supported properly, can make a big difference to long-term health. There’s still a lot to learn, of course. I think every good doctor keeps learning. But every patient I see teaches me something new, and I carry those lessons forward—with honesty, empathy, and the intent to keep improving.

Dr. Perambalur Ayyadurai Rohith
I am a general physician with more than 10 yr of clinical experiance, and in this time I worked with patients from all age groups, from young kids to elderly with multiple chronic issues. My practice has been wide, but I gradually developed deeper intrest in diabetology. I spend much of my day focusing on prevention, early diagnosis and management of diabetes, using lifestyle modification, medical therapy and regular monitoring. Many patients come worried about complications, and I try to explain things in simple language, whether it is diet, excercise, or understanding lab reports, so they dont feel lost. I also conduct detailed diagnostic evaluation and use evidence based protocols to make sure treatment is reliable and updated, even if sometimes I double check myself when results dont match the clinical picture. Apart from regular OPD practice, I gained strong experiance in occupational health. Over years I worked with multiple companies handling pre employment checks, annual medical exams, workplace wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with industrial health and safety standards. It is diffrent from hospital practice, but equally important, because healthy workers mean safe and productive workplace. I run medical surveillance programs and health awareness sessions in collaboration with corporates, and this also gave me exposure to preventive strategies on a large scale. For me, patient care is not just treatment but building trust. My career revolve around preventive medicine, ethical clinical practice, and continuous learning. I keep myself updated with modern medical protocols, but I also value listening to patient worries, since medicine is not only about lab values but also about how a person feels in daily life. I make mistakes in words sometimes, but in my work I try to be very precise. At end of day, my aim is to provide care that is accessible, evidence based and truly centered on patient well being.

1. Cloudy urine after oily, spicy food may be due to dehydration, high protein intake, or urinary tract infection (UTI).

2. Sensitive stomach and skin allergy suggest a possible food intolerance or metabolic issue.

3. Drink plenty of water, avoid oily, spicy food, and include more fruits, vegetables, and probiotics in your diet.

4. A simple urine test and blood sugar/kidney function tests will help rule out underlying causes.

5. Since skin problems and sexual weakness are also present, a doctor’s consultation is important to assess if all symptoms are linked.

Cloudy urine can sometimes relate to diet and lifestyle, particularly if it occurs after consuming certain foods like spicy or oily dishes. When urate crystals are excreted, especially after eating foods high in purines, this can result in transient cloudy urine. However, persistent cloudy urine might also hint at other issues such as urinary tract infections, dehydration, or even kidney stones that require more in-depth examination by a healthcare provider. Alongside cloudy urine, you’re mentioning a “sensible” stomach and symptoms following non-veg spicy foods, which suggests dietary intolerance or an irritant to your digestive system. Limiting the intake of spicy and oily foods may alleviate some of these symptoms, as they might be triggering the gastric irritation. Maintaining a balanced, less spicy diet and staying well-hydrated can help stabilize your digestive system. Regarding the sexual weakness, this could relate to dietary habits, but it is nebcesarry to explore other aspects like stress, lifestyle, or underlying health conditions like hormonal imbalances in detail.

Regarding your skin issues, when it comes to itching and redness, allergies might be a culprit if allergy tablets seem to provide relief. Consider maintaining an allergy diary to note what might trigger these reactions, be it food, environmental factors, or other allergens. As a proactive measure, moisturizing regularly with a hypoallergenic lotion and using fragrance-free skincare products could prevent skin irritation. If symptoms persist or become more severe, consulting with a dermatologist for allergy testing would be beneficial. Combined with your other symptoms, everything could be interconnected, indicating an underlying condition that unifies them. Therefore, a holistic check-up with your healthcare provider would be wise for a more complete assessment, including tests like a complete blood count, allergy tests, or a urinalysis to get deeper insights. This can ensure no critical aspect of your health is overlooked and offer more targeted treatment options relevant to your situation.
