Dr. Neeraj Agarwal
I’m an MBBS graduate with a deep commitment to providing meaningful, patient-first care. My clinical training has given me a solid understanding of how to assess and manage a wide variety of health conditions—both common and complex. But beyond just clinical skills, I’ve always believed that the heart of medicine lies in listening. That’s what I try to bring into every consultation: not just treatment, but genuine attention to the person in front of me. I have gained experience across general medicine, paediatrics, emergency care and preventive health. I have treated patients of different age groups and backgrounds, which has helped shaped a more flexible, to diagnosis and management. Whether someone comes with a new symptom or a routine check-up, I aim to deliver evidence-based treatment, explained clearly and tailored to the lifestyle. I’m especially focused on making care accessible and comfortable. Too often, patients feel rushed or confused when they leave a doctor’s office—I try to do the opposite. Taking time to explain options, risks, or even just what’s going on in simple terms is something I take seriously. Communication, I think, is just as important as any prescription. I actively stay updated with current medical guidelines and research, and I’ve been exploring areas of holistic care and preventive medicine too. The more we can do to catch problems early—or better yet, avoid them—the better the outcome for everyone. I’ve seen how small lifestyle changes, when supported properly, can make a big difference to long-term health. There’s still a lot to learn, of course. I think every good doctor keeps learning. But every patient I see teaches me something new, and I carry those lessons forward—with honesty, empathy, and the intent to keep improving.

I am a general physician with more than 10 yr of clinical experiance, and in this time I worked with patients from all age groups, from young kids to elderly with multiple chronic issues. My practice has been wide, but I gradually developed deeper intrest in diabetology. I spend much of my day focusing on prevention, early diagnosis and management of diabetes, using lifestyle modification, medical therapy and regular monitoring. Many patients come worried about complications, and I try to explain things in simple language, whether it is diet, excercise, or understanding lab reports, so they dont feel lost. I also conduct detailed diagnostic evaluation and use evidence based protocols to make sure treatment is reliable and updated, even if sometimes I double check myself when results dont match the clinical picture. Apart from regular OPD practice, I gained strong experiance in occupational health. Over years I worked with multiple companies handling pre employment checks, annual medical exams, workplace wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with industrial health and safety standards. It is diffrent from hospital practice, but equally important, because healthy workers mean safe and productive workplace. I run medical surveillance programs and health awareness sessions in collaboration with corporates, and this also gave me exposure to preventive strategies on a large scale. For me, patient care is not just treatment but building trust. My career revolve around preventive medicine, ethical clinical practice, and continuous learning. I keep myself updated with modern medical protocols, but I also value listening to patient worries, since medicine is not only about lab values but also about how a person feels in daily life. I make mistakes in words sometimes, but in my work I try to be very precise. At end of day, my aim is to provide care that is accessible, evidence based and truly centered on patient well being.

1.Erectile difficulties at your age are often linked to lifestyle issues like smoking, poor sleep, and lack of regular exercise.

2.Since you already started healthier habits, stay consistent benefits usually take weeks to months to show.

3.Low morning erections can suggest underlying vascular or hormonal causes that need blood tests.

4.Medicines like sildenafil help temporarily, but they do not solve the root cause professional evaluation is important.

5.Please avoid self medication and book a consultation so I can guide you with tests and a safe treatment plan.

I’m a periodontist and academician with a strong clinical and teaching background. Over the last 4 years and 8 months, I’ve been actively involved in dental education, guiding students at multiple levels including dental hygienist, BDS, and MDS programs. Currently, I serve as a Reader at MMCDSR in Ambala, Haryana—a role that allows me to merge my academic passion with hands-on experience. Clinically, I’ve been practicing dentistry for the past 12 years. From routine procedures like scaling and root planing to more advanced cases involving grafts, biopsies, and implant surgeries. Honestly, I still find joy in doing a simple RCT when it’s needed. It’s not just about the procedure but making sure the patient feels comfortable and safe. Academically, I have 26 research publications to my credit. I’m on the editorial boards of the Archives of Dental Research and Journal of Dental Research and Oral Health, and I’ve spent a lot of time reviewing manuscripts—from case reports to meta-analyses and even book reviews. I was honored to receive the “Best Editor” award by Innovative Publications, and Athena Publications recognized me as an “excellent reviewer,” which honestly came as a bit of a surprise! In 2025, I had the opportunity to present a guest lecture in Italy on traumatic oral lesions. Sharing my work and learning from peers globally has been incredibly fulfilling. Outside academics and clinics, I’ve also worked in the pharmaceutical sector as a Drug Safety Associate for about 3 years, focusing on pharmacovigilance. That role really sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my understanding of drug interactions and adverse effects. My goal is to keep learning, and give every patient and student my absolute best.

It looks like you’re taking positive steps in addressing some factors that can contribute to erectile dysfunction and low interest, which is a great start. Smoking, sleep deprivation, and lack of physical activity can indeed impact erectile function. Reducing smoking, improving sleep, and incorporating regular exercise can significantly help over time. For erectile dysfunction, particularly since you’re experiencing a lack of spontaneous erections, there are several potential causes including vascular, neurological, or hormonal issues, that might be worth exploring with a healthcare professional. They could consider running some tests like checking your testosterone levels, evaluating for diabetes or cardiovascular concerns, which can sometimes be interconnected. However, it’s worthwhile to continue focusing on lifestyle modification—maintaining a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins while staying hydrated. Reducing stress, possibly with mindfulness or relaxation techniques, can also be quite beneficial. It’s understandable that you’re using sildenafil, but it’s important to consult with a doctor for a tailored treatment approach, as they might adjust the dosage or explore other medications like tadalafil that might best fit your lifestyle. Additionally, some individuals find benefit from psychotherapy or sex therapy, especially if stress or relational factors are contributing. While you’re on this journey, avoid any over-the-counter supplements without doctor approval, as they can sometimes negatively interact with prescribed treatments or have systemic side effects. If you’ve recently made lifestyle changes, give them some time to take effect, but do follow up with your healthcare provider to monitor progress and see if adjustments need to be made. For any sudden or severe changes in symptoms, seek medical attention promptly.
