Hello dear See acne or pigment is occurring in your case due to either hormonal fluctuations or internal health issues Iam prescribing some medications for improvement. Topical Treatments -Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5–5%) Kills bacteria and is anti-inflammatory in action. Salicylic Acid, Adapalene 0.1% can also be given as additive medications. 2.Clindamycin 1% or Tretinoin ( if already not taken). 3.Azelaic Acid 10 percent for two weeks. Use aquaphor moisturizer twice a day for 1 month In addition use aloevera - tulsi solution to apply topically for 1 month In case of no improvement consult dermatologist in person for better clarification Regards

Hello dear Thanks for response That is why I have given very mild medications along with Tulsi alovera gel Please try them, surely there will be some improvement I haven’t given any hormonal therapy because that must be given by gynacolologist only and that too in person if there is no improvement Thanks

When dealing with oily skin that used to be combination, it’s key to choose a moisturizer that’s oil-free and non-comedogenic, meaning it won’t clog your pores. Look for lightweight, gel-based moisturizers that contain ingredients like hyaluronic acid or glycerin as they provide hydration without the greasy feel. Products from brands like Neutrogena or The Ordinary can be cost-effective options. For dark spots from acne scars and pigmentation, consider incorporating products with ingredients like niacinamide, vitamin C, or and alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) into your skincare routine. These can help brighten the skin and even out skin tone over time. Sunscreen is crucial, too, since UV exposure can worsen pigmentation and impede the healing process—make sure you use a broad spectrum SPF 30 or higher. Regarding dark circles, ensure adequate sleep and stay hydrated. Topical products with caffeine or retinol can sometimes reduce the appearance of dark circles. As for your hair, dryness and split ends can often be managed by using a deep conditioner or hair masks once or twice a week. Avoid excessive heat styling and consider leave-in conditioners or oils like argan oil to maintain moisture. Regular trims every 6-8 weeks can help manage split ends, though they will reappear since hair naturally wears over time. If you haven’t treated your hair and it’s still dry, consider reducing exposure to harsh shampoos or chemical treatments as they can strip moisture from the hair, worsening dryness and split ends.
