I am dealing with an annoying issue here. For the last few months, I’ve noticed these stubborn spots on my face that just won’t go away. It started after I changed my skincare routine thinking it would help me with some acne I had during my teenage years. I switched to new products, and I guess my skin didn’t like it because that’s when all these spots started popping up, ugh. I’ve tried some over-the-counter creams and even a few home remedies like lemon juice and honey but nothing seems to work long-term. Do any of you know how to get rid of spots on face? I mean, should I be looking into professional treatments or is there something I can do at home that’s actually effective? I also read somewhere that diet plays a role; like, could what I'm eating be makin it worse? It feels like I’ve tried everything, yet these spots just hang around stubbornly!
