I am feeling really confused and a bit worried about my recent health issues. For the last couple of months, I’ve had this persistent bloating and some weird discomfort in my right side, like something is off with my digestion. A friend mentioned liver cleansing, and I thought maybe that could help me feel better. I read some stuff online about how liver cleansing can detox the body and improve digestion, which sounds great, but I’m not sure if it’s actually safe or effective. I mean, how do I know if my liver even needs cleansing? I got some blood tests done, and everything looked mostly normal except for slightly elevated liver enzymes, but my doc didn’t seem too concerned. Still, I can’t shake this feeling that maybe I’m not doing enough for my liver or maybe needing a liver cleansing. Has anyone here had experience with liver cleansing? Did it actually help? Or is it just one of those fads? I don’t want to end up making my situation worse or anything. Any advice on what steps to take? Should I even consider things like juices or herbs for liver cleansing? Just trying to figure out what's best, yknow?
