Is banana good for stomach infection? - #11855
I am having this issue with what feels like a stomach infection. Not sure if it's bacterial or viral, but I’ve been feeling pretty out of it for like a week now. My stomach is all crampy, and eating anything feels like a heavy chore. I keep hearing stuff about different foods that could help. Like, I was at the grocery store and saw bananas! I’ve heard that banana is good for stomach infection, but is that really true? I mean, is banana good for stomach infection or is it just one of those myths? Sometimes they say that it’s gentle on the stomach, which sounds nice, but what about the connection with infections? Will it actually help me recover, or should I steer clear? My doctor mentioned plain foods but didn’t specify much beyond that. I’m really just trying to figure out if adding banana in my diet could help settle things down a little. I’m kind of tired of feeling this way. Anyone have any solid advice on this? Is banana good for stomach infection, and if yes, how much should I eat? Would love any insights!
