I am really worried about this ongoing issue I’ve been having. Lately, I’ve had some serious episodes of, like, loose motions, you know? It started last month after I tried this new restaurant – felt fine before but then boom! I couldn't leave the bathroom for hours. I thought it was just something I ate, but since then, the problem hasn’t really gone away completely. I tried a few home remedies, like ginger tea and banana, but they seemed to help only a little. I feel like I need advice on loose motion prevention because this is affecting my daily life! I mean, who wants to worry about finding a restroom all the time? Plus, I’ve missed work and social plans, which is really frustrating. I've been taking probiotics, and I’m being careful with my diet, but what else can I do for loose motion prevention? Should I be seeing a specialist or sticking to my general physician? I don’t want this to become a bigger issue, so any tips on loose motion prevention would be super helpful. I just want to get back to normal without constantly feeling anxious about this!
