Dengue fever fruits - #11885

Aasha

I am really concerned right now. A few days ago, I got back from a trip to Southeast Asia, and I’ve been feeling super under the weather. I went to the doc, and they said it might be dengue fever. I had this high fever, terrible headaches, and weird rashes popping up all over my arms and legs. They did some blood work and confirmed dengue fever, which honestly freaked me out. I’ve heard a lot about how important diet is when dealing with dengue fever. So, now I’m left wondering about dengue fever fruits. Like, what are the best dengue fever fruits I should be eating? I read somewhere that certain fruits can help boost recovery, but I’m not sure which ones are actually good! Is there a specific type of, oh, I don’t know, like citrus fruits that could be beneficial? I have been trying to stay hydrated and eat healthy, but I feel so lost. I just wanna know what dengue fever fruits to focus on—like, are bananas okay, what about papaya? I also had a friend suggest something about guava keys, but I don’t really understand what that means. Any tips or specific fruits that are really good for dengue fever? Please let me know—I could really use the guidance here!
