I am really struggling with this issue of loose motions. It started a few days ago after I had some street food that I probably shouldn't have eaten. I thought it might just be a one-time thing, but no, it's persisted, and now I’m like in a panic over what to do. The loose motions come and go, but they feel so frequent.
