I am really struggling with this issue of loose motions. It started a few days ago after I had some street food that I probably shouldn't have eaten. I thought it might just be a one-time thing, but no, it's persisted, and now I’m like in a panic over what to do. The loose motions come and go, but they feel so frequent. I keep wondering, loose motions me kya khana chahiye to help me recover quicker? I heard bananas are good, but isn’t that too simple? I tried some rice last night, but honestly, it felt like it didn't really do anything. Do I need to stick to plain foods like that, or can I have something more flavorful? I mean, I feel so weak and just kind of lost. Should I be drinking a lot of fluids? They say that, right? But am I supposed to just stick with water, or can I add some electrolytes or maybe even some flavored drinks? Sometimes I worry that I might be making it worse with what I eat.
